I’ve been wanting to read Getting Over Garrett Delaney and Amy and Rogers Epic Detour so badly! This is a great list. I got some really good recommendations
Amy and Rogers Epic Detour by Morgan Matson
Glad you liked my list and you definitely need to read those two books. They are wonderful. 🙂
I’ve never read the Carrie Diaries but I have always meant to. Now I may just have to the next time I’m looking for a light read.
My Top Ten
And the good thing is that this “series” only had two books. The second is called “summer in the city” and after that you’re done. 🙂 They are good vacation reads. 🙂
I haven’t read any of these. Fail! Though I will say the Stephanie Perkins books have been recommended to me over and over again and I do plan on reading Anna and the French Kiss at some point in the next year just to see what everyone’s talking about. Of course, I’ll have to get it with the new cover because I hate the original one. It’s just too cheesy for my tastes!
At first I thought that the cover was cheesy but after reading the story, I didn’t care about the cover and actually started liking it. 🙂
Hi! This is my first time on your blog and I love it! I really liked this Top Ten Tueaday. I really loved Anna and the French Kiss too, did you love Lola and the Boy next door as much? I’ve heard mixed opinions on that. I saw you also listed Epic Fail and the Juliet Club, how were they? Do you have a review online for them. Have you read Flat Out Love? If not based on your choices I think you would love it!! Just thought I would stop by, thanks for the add on my blog, I look forward to following you too and talking more books!! Have a happy Wednesday!
Awww thank you! I like Lola and the Boy Next door too! I love that Anna and Etienne make a cameo appearance. 🙂 Epic Fail is kind of a teenage modern Pride and Prejudice but not really. And Juliet Club isn’t an amazing read but it is light and fluffy. Its a “you finish in a few hours” type of book. I did review Epic Fail but not Juliet Club. Go to my Reviews tag on the left side of the blog and It is my second or third review I did, so scroll all the way to the bottom. 🙂 And I have not read Flat Out Love. I’m going to check it out. Thank you for the rec. 🙂 and me too!
Thanks for the review on Epic Fail. Ill check it out for sure, it def
Sounds like something I would like! If you read Flat Out Love let me know what you think, it’s one of my all time favorites! Have a great day!
